Covid-19 Protocol 

During these challenging times, we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure our guests and staff remain safe.

 

All of our staff have their temperature checked daily on arrival and if a higher than normal temperature is recorded they will be sent home to seek medical advice.

 

All staff members have been trained in the standard Covid-19 protocols and adhere to them at all times while at work and outside of work.  Hand sanitizer is freely available to our staff.

 

On top of our usual cleaning procedure all cottages are now fully sanitized. All surfaces and touch points are treated with sanitizing spray after being cleaned.

 

We offer a contactless check-in option for guests who do not want to come into contact with any-one other than the people they are sharing their cottage with during their stay.

Guests will be directed to their cottage via phone and will let themselves in. All information about the cottage is available in our information pack or via a whatsapp video.
